      • Online ordering is now available in numerous markets throughout the world. U.S. customers can click here to access the online ordering process and determine if online ordering is available at your store. If you are having trouble with our online ordering system, please click on the Send Us An Email link at the bottom of this page tell us about the problem you're having.
    • How do I update my online ordering account information?
      • 1. Go to http://order.dominos.com.
      • 2. Sign in to your Online Ordering account.
      • 3. Go to "Your Account" on navigation bar at the top of the page.
      • 4. Once you're in your account, you can edit user account information, such as name, username, password, email address, phone number and saved locations.
    • How do I track my pizza order?
      • Domino's offer the revolutionary Pizza Tracker system, which allows you to track your pizza order from the time you order it until it hits your doorstep. You can click the "Tracker" link at the top of the page or click here to visit the Pizza Tracker now.
    • What if I forgot my online ordering password?
      • Please click on the "forgot password" link on the front page of online ordering. You can have your password emailed to you or you can view instantly by answering the security questions.
    • How do I unsubscribe from email offers?
      • You may opt out of Domino's Pizza's email offers here.
    • How do I unsubscribe from text message offers?
      • You may opt out of Domino's Pizza's text message offers here.
    • Where can I find a menu and pricing?
      • You can find a menu that includes our standard items offered at all Domino's Pizza U.S. location by clicking on MENU at the top of every page on www.dominos.com, or in the footer of www.dominosbiz.com. To view pricing, specialty menu items and limited time offers available at your local Domino's Pizza store, log into Online Ordering at http://order.dominos.com and enter your delivery address information.
    • Is there a discount available for large orders? Who should I contact?
      • For consumer orders consisting of multiple pizzas, please contact your local Domino's Pizza store. Find your store using our Store Locator.

    • Where can I get Domino's gift cards?
      • (1) Go to www.dominos.com and click the link in the footer.
      • (2) At any CVS pharmacy or Winn Dixie.
    • Where can I use my gift card?
      • You may use your gift card in-store, over the phone or online.
    • Can I put a tip on my gift card?
      • Yes, if you have funds remaining on your gift card you may use them towards a tip. You will receive a slip similar to a credit card where you can write the tip amount in.
    • Is there a minimum/maximum amount I can put on a gift card?
      • Yes, the minimum amount to activate a card is $5 and the maximum amount is $100.
    • What payment methods can be used to purchase a gift card?
      • Cash, debit, or credit cards can be used to purchase a gift card at CVS locations. Purchases made on our website do require a credit card. We do not accept personal checks as payment for gift cards.
    • How do I ship gift cards to a different address?
      • We apologize for the inconvenience but for security reasons we do require that gift cards be mailed to the billing address.
    • Can I use a card internationally?
      • Domino's gift cards are only valid in the United States.
    • Do gift cards expire or have any fees?
      • No, Domino's gift cards do not expire or carry any fees.
    • Where is my gift card order?
      • Online gift card orders received by 12pm CST are processed the following business day. If not received within 10 business days please contact Customer Care.
    • Why didn't I receive an email confirmation of my order?
      • An email confirmation is sent by a third party vendor for every order. Check your junk mail folder because sometimes this email is labeled as spam by your email provider.
    • Why are funds shown as taken out of my account when I received a message that my transaction didn't go through on the website?
      • Occasionally if a transaction cannot be completed on the website you are not charged but the bank may have done an authorization for the transaction. You may contact your bank to find out when the hold will be released based on their policies.
    • What should I do if my gift card is lost or stolen?
      • Domino's Pizza cannot be responsible for lost or stolen cards, however, if you have proof of purchase, call 734-930-3030 for assistance.
    • What are the terms and conditions for gift cards?
      • The gift card terms and conditions can be found on our web site www.dominos.com.
    • How can I purchase a large number of gift cards for my company or something similar?
      • If you want to purchase more than $500.00 in gift cards at one time, please call 734-930-3030 for assistance.

    • How do I request a monetary donation or sponsorship?
      • In 2003, Domino's Pizza held a company-wide election to determine Domino's long-term national philanthropic partner. Team members overwhelmingly voted for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Located in Memphis, Tenn., St. Jude is one of the world's premier centers for research and treatment of catastrophic diseases in children, primarily pediatric cancers. Since the bulk of Domino's philanthropic resources are designated for supporting St. Jude, we are unable to offer you financial assistance directly. If you have any interest in a pizza donation for a specific event, we encourage you to contact your local Domino's Pizza store, as local stores welcome the opportunity to participate in community related programs and activities.     • How do I request a pizza donation for my organization or event?
      • We encourage you to contact the store manager at your nearest Domino's Pizza location with your pizza donation request. You can find your local store by using the store locator. Although we encourage our franchisees to get involved in their communities, it is entirely up to your local store to participate in your activity.
